Jim is responsible for the operation of the company, including engineering, drafting, and specifications. Jim brings a wealth of experience not only in structural engineering, but also construction engineering, architectural design, manufacturing, and forensic engineering. He has developed over 200 new clients, provided the structural design for over 1000 new buildings and numerous remodeling projects over fifteen years of service. His value engineering has assisted in controlling costs on numerous jobs.

Jim's work includes numerous office structures, warehouse buildings, and commercial projects from $1 million to $30 million. Over 1000 residential and commercial buildings have been inspected and over 300 insurance failure or damage investigations have been conducted. Jim also provides professional testimony in legal investigations for many of the failure investigations and other lawsuits.
